Since the beginning of March I have been exploring timelapse photography and finally have something to show for it. I was so fascinated with the high density rail operations in Hamburg that I wanted to find a good way to capture it and timelapse proved to be the perfect way. I started out shooting with the 6D but soon realized that could be a big risk given how many shutter clicks one timelapse will put on the camera so the rest were shot with my Panasonic G7 Mirrorless. The downside is I only have a single 14-42 lens for that so may have to invest in another soon. Here is the final product featuring scenes of railways, ships and other Hamburg miscellany, Hamburg is such a rich location for timelapses I could easily make another couple videos, hopefully will be back soon!
